We're pretty honest folks here at NANOPULSER SG and we hate dodgy, loophole-riddled warranties as much as we get annoyed at turncoats who don’t honour their “too-good-to-be-true” adverts out there.
That’s why we adopt the . The act simply states that all consumers should not be denied equal opportunity to claims under the warranty terms unless the vendor adequately proves in any event that such claims or warranties are not enforceable. Clear & simple rule.
Basically, we do not want any unhappy customers out there. Unhappy customers tell other potential customers what they think (we sure as hell do!) and that's not good for us.
So, if you have purchased a product from us or our appointed dealers and they give you lame excuses or shitty service, this would naturally upset you and you’ll be unhappy. It reflects on us negatively.
