In the NanoPulser method, a discharge (similar to lightning) is generated continuously from the edges of the sulfation, which gradually decomposes as fine particles from the surface without damaging the electrode plates. A special dual frequency current is utilized to induce this phenomenon.

This special current is very weak, and it functions during both charging and discharging. Because the lead sulfate decomposes as fine particles, virtually 100% of the sulfation converts to lead, lead dioxide, sulfuric acid and water, turning components and recombining them back to the electrolyte solution.

Hence, the lead and lead dioxide components are continuously ‘reconstituted' and ‘recycled' to give enhanced service life.



HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PRODUCTS?

NANOPULSER'S "GENTLE" APPROACH HAS BEEN PRAISED TO BE THE PREFERRED METHOD IN PRESERVING BATTERY LIFE AND PERFORMANCE UNLIKE TRADITIONAL "ROUGH" METHOD.

WITH ITS IN-BUILT CPU PROCESSOR, NANOPULSER DETERMINES THE OPTIMAL FREQUENCY RANGE TO BE GENERATED BASED ON IMPEDANCE VALUE FEEDBACK, HENCE THE VARIED OPERATING RANGE OF 20mA to 50mA IN ACCORDANCE TO THE CONDITIONS DETECTED.
