Nanopulser was developed 11 years ago by PulseGenetech Corporation with the idea that lead acid batteries could be saved from premature failure and its performance life enhanced.
This was an area identified by Pulse Genetech and through research and innovation, a solution was developed to arrest the fundamental problem within battery design in response to consumer dissatisfaction and to lessen the impact of resource depletion in the face of climate change and environmental concerns.
Nanopulser is a specially designed device which uses 0.02 to 0.05 Ampere from the host battery to create a sharp but weak electrical pulse with a special dual frequency wave shape form. This pulse is circulated throughout the electrode plates of the battery where its unique wave frequency resembles a resonant jolt (small lightning like effect) at the tip of the sulphation crystals. This disintegrates the crystal formation into microscopic pieces which resembles smoke emitting from the plates' surface.
These microscopic fragments are then minute enough for onboard regular charging process to electrochemically separate lead sulphate (PbSO4) crystals back into lead, lead dioxide and sulfuric acid, making all the component materials useful again instead of allowing precipitation to form at the bottom of the battery which leads to plate shorting.
Nanopulser effectively maintains the ‘new’ condition of the lead acid battery continuously which ensures that the battery is able to operate at its best with full power and capacity over a much longer period of time than manufacturers’ intended design.
Nanopulser is the solution to preserving and maintaining motive power on demand.

Customers have commented that they thought that Nanopulser resembled a medical device....
They are right in a way. It's a "medical device" for the health and "well-being" of their critical vehicle/ equipment battery". |
