An e-receipt will be sent to each registered customer via email. This will be evidence of warranty acceptance and CPP enrolment. |

For installations, you may DIY or request for assistance from AUTHORIZED DEALERS. The service should be free and non-chargeable (kindly check). |

If DIY, please note that most vehicle battery terminals use open hex wrench size 10mm (typical). |

Please note that ONLY the product is under limited warranty and the in-car battery covered under the Performance Guarantee (where applicable). The vehicle charging system is NOT covered. |

Current battery condition measurementis encouraged for purpose of determining the baseline values (optional service and non-chargeable). |

All Nanopulser ™ customers automatically qualify for this program. There is no fee or charges payable for enrolment. |

| 2. |
In the event of Flat Start or Total Battery Failure, customers are entitled to call for our RESCUE+ASSIST hotline +65 9733 9703 for roadside assistance. |

| 3. |
All batteries are factory brand NEW and both LM (Low Maintenance) and MF (Maintenance Free) types will be offered subject to availability. |

In the case of battery replacement, a battery of equivalent or higher spec (subject to stock availability) found in the registered vehicle would be replaced FOC. The following admin/service charges apply : |

| 5. |
NEW battery purchase will be on an exchange basis with the faulty battery from the customer's vehicle. No Exceptions. |

NEW battery replacement will be done with both vehicle on site and the DSCL on sight. Faulty Batteries without DSCL will not be admitted under CPP. No exceptions. |

| 7. |
Wait time will be on a best effort basis (30~45mins typical) or based on booked appointment. If problem diagnosed is mechanical and non-battery related issue, there will be a service charge of S$30.00 being transport expenses. |

| 8. |
CPP privilege is non-transferrable to another third party. Privilegeremains strictly with the registered owner. |
| |
|
| 9. |
Each NEW battery purchase will come with a limited 13 month warranty against manufacturer defects. The warranty does not cover casing damage, lack in electrolyte maintenance (LMF), mishandling and deformation, inadequate charging times, improper usage, extended drainage, plate destruction, foreign additives introduced, non-OEM tapped power leads, batteries without DSCL on sight. |

CPP is only available and applicable to Nanopulser™ customers. Batteries offered by Distributor are not applicable for general public purchase. Non-Nanopulser users are not entitled to CPP. |

Customer Warranty record will be checked for CPP validity. The Nanopulser™ unit serial no. will be matched against vehicle no. or customer particulars for authentication to prevent commercial abuse. No exceptions. |

Performance Guarantee (where applicable) will not be valid if the in-car battery does not possess the DSCL mark upon install of the Nanopulser™. |

All quoted prices are inclusive of GST. |

A standard limited warranty coverage period of 3 years is given to each Nanopulser™unit upon date of purchase FOR SINGAPORE ONLY. |

Based on a flashing RED light from LED indicator,customers are to contact the Distributor direct with proof of purchase to determineliability coverage. |

| 3. |
Please advise customer that the returned unit will be sent back to PULSEGENETECH JAPAN for diagnostics assessment. If the product is assessed to be defective, a NEW unit (equivalent model) will be given in exchange against the defective unit. If the unit is diagnosed to suffered abuse, neglect or user error, there will be no free-replacement unit. |

For users covered under 3 year local purchase warranty, there is a diagnostic admin fee of S$30.00 for each unit. For out of warranty customers, there will be a diagnostic admin fee of S$50.00 for each unit. Charges include shipping to Japan. |

A copy of the diagnostics report/analysis shall be shown to the customer upon request from the Distributor in such event for purposes of results verification/legitimacy. |

The replacement unit under warranty shall NOT in any way extend the original warranty period. |
